Trinity, one of San Francisco’s largest residential property management firms, is searching for a Leasing Agent candidate to launch their new-construction lease-up in the heart of the City. This opportunity will mean opening of one of the largest new apartment projects built in San Francisco in over ten years. The mixed-use, high-rise will consist of 540 apartment homes, as well as new retail space and a six-story subterranean parking garage. Because of it’s size and location, the property is high profile and will require someone with enthusiasm and passion about the San Francisco market. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenges and excitement associated with a new construction project.
As one of our first points of contact, our Leasing Agent, you are responsible for all aspects of the property’s leasing process. Your role will be to ensure current and prospective residents receive “best in class service” when interacting with us. You play an integral role in achieving our occupancy goals. You will have an impact on all of the community’s operations such as leasing, resident satisfaction, marketing, financials, maintenance; curb appeal, team building and web presence.
The Leasing Agent conducts comparative surveys; communicates community information to potential customers; provides unit tours; assists potential residents through the application process; and, coordinates move-ins and move-outs. You will perform regular on-site inspections of properties and grounds. You will be responsible that all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely and accurate fashion. The incumbent will lead new resident orientations and pre-occupancy unit inspections. A primary role will be to assist the property’s management team with exceed occupancy goals and objectives.
