We are seeking a passionate IT Support Analyst to join the Trinity team and provide our team members with an exceptional support experience. In this role, which is a junior support position focused on customer service, you will be part of a small dedicated team of IT professionals working to provide Trinity users a simple, modern technology environment. You will report directly to the Technology Director and handle helpdesk and other support needs from the internal user population that are situated at Trinity’s main office in San Francisco’s Mid-Market Neighborhood and at our properties throughout San Francisco.
