    Trinity is one of the largest residential property management firms in San Francisco.  We are the premier source of unfurnished, furnished, and corporate apartments in San Francisco.  The company has been a growing business since 1949 with thousands of residential units throughout the city. 


    We are seeking a passionate IT Support Analyst to join the Trinity team and provide our team members with an exceptional support experience. In this role, which is a junior support position focused on customer service, you will be part of a small dedicated team of IT professionals working to provide Trinity users a simple, modern technology environment. You will report directly to the Technology Director and handle helpdesk and other support needs from the internal user population that are situated at Trinity’s main office in San Francisco’s Mid-Market Neighborhood and at our properties throughout San Francisco.     Duties and Responsibilities:


    The IT Support Analyst works both under the direction of the Technology  Director and independently to manage tasks and assignments in a timely manner to meet company deadlines and goals and ensure IT matters are handled according to company policies and procedures.   Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Provide exceptional IT Support Services to Trinity employees
    • Respond to support requests through ticket system, phone calls, email, and in person
    • Support Yardi Voyager Residential Version 7 SaaS and associated Yardi products (training will be provided)
    • User account maintenance in a Windows Active Directory environment including email accounts, security and distribution group assignment, mapped drive, etc.
    • Install and support Windows Operating Systems along with associated hardware and software including peripheral devices such as printers, scanners and monitors
    • Apple mobile device configuration and support in a MDM environment
    • Document and maintain an inventory of all computing equipment including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment
    • Escalate service requests to the appropriate group in a timely efficient manner
    • Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Technology Director


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent, proven customer service skills
    • Experience with Virus, Malware and Spyware remediation products and techniques
    • Experience with Google Apps and other cloud based services preferred
    • Experience supporting a VoIP phone system preferred
    • Ability to open a computer and replace or upgrade components
    • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Four year degree in Computer Science (or related field of study) preferred
    • Two years-experience supporting Microsoft Windows in a corporate environment
    • Two years-experience support Microsoft Office in a corporate environment
    • Two years-experience troubleshooting basic network issues in a corporate environment
    • Strong analytical skills and methodical troubleshooting ability
    • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to travel to property sites within the City of San Francisco
    • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
    • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
    • Lifting and transporting of computer and peripheral equipment up to 30 pounds
    • Standard working hours for this position are 8 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday with occasional after hours as required
