We are seeking a passionate Yardi Business Support Analyst to join the Trinity team and provide an exceptional support experience. In this role, you will be part of a small dedicated team of IT professionals working to provide Trinity’s users a simple, modern technology environment. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Information Technology, this full-time position based in Trinity’s main office in San Francisco’s Mid-Market Neighborhood provides Yardi Support services to ensure Trinity’s software systems are functioning properly, both at the company and property level, and provides support to Trinity’s staff to address technology and systems issues as they arise.
