    Trinity is one of the largest residential property management firms in San Francisco.  We are the premier source of unfurnished, furnished, and corporate apartments in San Francisco.  The company has been a growing business since 1949 with thousands of residential units throughout the city.  Trinity is experiencing a dynamic stage of growth and we are looking to add new property management professionals to our team!


    As an Assistant Property Manager, you will partner with our Property Manager for the overall success of your apartment community.  Your primary focus will be on customer service to residents, existing and potential.  You will have an impact on all of the community’s operations such as leasing, resident satisfaction, marketing, financials, maintenance; curb appeal, team building and web presence. 


    The Assistant Property Manager ensures clear staff communications to optimize staff performance.  You will offer leadership to resolve resident challenges in a timely and courteous manner.  You will participate actively with advertising and leasing initiatives to maximize occupancy.  Manage move-ins and move-outs.  The incumbent will assume an active role in the on-going training of all staff on Company policies, procedures, and practices.  Routinely inspect the property to ensure safety, proper maintenance, and timely repairs.  You will monitor vendors for delivery of expected goods and services.  Your role will enhance the property’s ability to exceed occupancy goals and objectives.


    • Knowledge of San Francisco rent laws
    • Must be able to take initiative and possess problem solving skills
    • Excellent customer service and computer skills
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
    • YARDI experience a plus
    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
    • College degree or some college a plus
    • 1-3 years of experience in residential management or leasing management
    • Supervisory, customer service, sales or real estate experience helpful
    • MS Office experience including Outlook needed
