The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the central warehouse, other satellite storage areas on our properties, and inventory control activities at these locations. This position directs, coordinates and plans the ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of the products and materials used by the company and the supervision of warehouse staff.


  • Plans, directs, and maintains an efficient warehouse operation
  • Assigns, inspects, and evaluates the work performance of warehouse personnel
  • Track all items that come into and go out of the warehouse
  • Oversees the layout and set up of the warehouse for the appropriate storage of goods and supplies
  • Manages staff and processes for material receiving, stocking, cycle, and physical inventory counts
  • Develop and manage process to maintain accurate inventory
  • Identify supply shortages or overstock issues and put corrective actions in place
  • Analyze material usage history to assist management in setting inventory goals
  • Prioritizes and manages order fulfillment in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Regularly review storage areas at satellite locations to ensure proper inventory levels
  • Provide employees with training and skills to meet or exceed expectations and complete assigned tasks



  • Bachelor’s or an associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field of study preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in warehousing and logistics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of staff
  • A valid California Driver License
  • Must have excellent managerial and organizational skills and abilities
  • Knowledge of safety procedures to maintain the warehouse as a safe environment
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resolve problems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
