Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, this position provides administrative and customer service support for the Residents of Region 2. The RSC also performs duties such as filing, coordination of move in/out, operating the telephone system to receive and direct incoming calls to the proper party, receive and direct residents, applicants and others to the appropriate party, and works on special projects. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. This position may work weekends.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as scanners, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Occasional visits to other sites in San Francisco may be required.
